Week of August 31-September 4

 This week we learned all about the Planets and Outerspace. Our toddlers had fun making Jupiter, the Galaxy, rockets and also made green moon sand. We welcomed our new infants, Lena and Oliver as well as our new toddlers, Ella Rue and Simone.

Oliver and his favorite toy, he will be walking in no time! 

Some of our Toddler girls like to practice sitting on yoga balls.

We are big fans of dramatic play.

Making Rockets out of recycled material is always fun. They were very interested in the texture of the aluminum foil.

Mixing te ingredients for our green moon sand was tons of fun.

Week of August 24-28

This week our toddlers explored the Jungle. They made snakes out of recycled material, painted their very own safari explorer jackets, stamped parrots with their feet, an activity in which our infants joined in, and they also painted lions *roar*.

 Our infants are eager to stand and walk.

On Tuesday the toddlers helped Teacher Kalina adjust our reading rocking chair. We've got quite the group of builders :)

We also stamped with Jugle Animals 

  

We enjoyed some dramatic play as well.

Week of August 17-21

This week our infants made music with their favorite instruments and also enjoyed getting nice and dirty outside.

This little missy cannot wait to walk.

Our infants also like standing. 

This week our toddlers learned about weather. They painted bright yellow Suns, made clouds, and used water colors to paint rain drops on their umbrellas.

Our friends Maya and Agis joined our toddlers this week.

Our monarchs love our milkweed, where you can find all of our caterpillar friends, they visit us everyday.

 

Week of August 10, 2015

This week was all about colors. The kids learned all about their primary colors. They had fun stamping rainbow hands. They also enjoy Playdough and watercolors. Beat the heat we played in the pool and had fun with the slip and slide.
