Barn Animals
Week
of June 24th, 2013
Monday
On Monday the kids took their time
adjusting to our new Teacher Ms. Alex. They would stare at her, poke her and
giggle then run away. They all did great! Monday was Avery’s first day without
Mommy, she was fantastic!
Avery's favorite toy, Mr. Elephant.

Tuesday
On
Tuesday Amia loved playing with our veggies, this inspired next weeks lesson plan on summer fruits. Amia's giggle is so light and adorable.
Suzianne found her new hopping buddy, Wallach. They are so silly when they hop
around the play area together. The kids also began painting the barn and completed their Barn Art.

Wednesday
On
Wednesday Wallach colored farm animals. He really enjoyed stacking the crayons tall. All the kids continued to work on the barn. They had a good time running in and out of the barn and playing peek-a-boo. Amia joined us at the picnic table; she was a little shaky but
enjoyed having lunch with her friends.

On hot days we find ways to keep us cool.
So much fun!
Friday
Friday
was a warm day, so Ms. Melissa brought out the water buckets. The kids had fun
scooping, splashing and dipping their feet in the buckets.
Yup, we hang out and eat police cars. The lotion bottle has water, pumping it helps the kids develop strong muscles in their little hands.
Hi Amia!
I am
highly impressed by Wallach he counts in Spanish up to ten, brings Ms. Melissa
his plate after meals, and follows up with a yes mam.
Little
Avery is so alert; she really likes watching her friends play and joining in
with Suzianne for her mighty yelps.
Suzianne
has been practicing her jumping every day; it is such a joy to see her and
Wallach jump together.
