This
week Letter D
Monday
On
Monday the children enjoyed making Duck art from the letter D.
Tuesday
Tuesday
was a hot day. We had a wet and wild time with water play. Suzianne and Amia
love to splash pour and dump.
Wednesday
Wednesday
we played pin the tail on the donkey. Wallach had lots of fun spinning before
pinning the tail on the donkey. He also really like being blindfolded. Suzianne
liked spinning and would do so until she tipped over. Amia had a go at pin the
tail on the donkey; her favorite was squishing the tails.
Thursday
The
children had fun pretending to be dentist. They also enjoyed a video all about
dentist. We learned all about parts of our face.
Friday
Friday
we welcomed Abby, my niece. She will be with us part time for the month of
August. We did tempera art on plates, these will be transformed into dinosaurs
come Monday. The children also had a blast playing with foam and play dough
outside.
Avery
Avery
has been very active this week. She likes to watch and talk with her friends.
She also has developed the need to walk, with help of course. She is such a
doll and loves to be tickled and snuggled.
Amia
Amia is
amazing! She now goes down the slide on her own. She has become so independent
in her daily activities. She loves wearing Ms. Melissa and Ms. Alex’s sandals.
Suzianne
Suzianne
has been all about Ms. Melissa this week. She loves sitting in my lap and sighs
with relief when she has me all to herself. She is doing great sharing toys and
loves to give baby Avery kisses.
With a little effort Tiny made her way into my lap:o)
Wallach
Wallach
has grown up so fast. He is such a wonderful little man. He can count to
twenty, knows his shapes, and alphabet. I am amazed by him every day. He will
soon be leaving Eco Baby to continue on to pre-school. We are so happy for you
Wallach.
