Fall

Fall is such a great season with so much to learn. For the months of September, October, November we will incorporate fall themes into our lesson plans.

Monday

Monday we welcomed Aurora. 

For outside play we brought out bubbles. Suzianne is a great role model and likes to help her friends blow bubbles. Ella loves water play, she likes to scoop up water and take sips or share with her pals.

Tuesday

Abby, Aurora, and Suzianne painted brown plates to create there lovely brown owls. 

Ella Mae learned the word owl and enjoyed watching the owl flap in the wind.

Wednesday

We welcomed back a rosy cheeked Amia and said goodbye to Aurora.

Suzianne and Aurora had fun squishing, cutting and poking brown play dough.

For outside play our little dolls marveled at wet chalk. They were especially interested in how bright the chalk colors are when they are wet.

Thursday

Ella Mae and Amia painted their brown owls. Ella loves to taste her art and enjoys helping her friends paint. Amia was very curious about the paint and would take a moment to examine the paint on her hands.

Friday

Avery painted her very own spotted owl, she did a wonderful job. Suzianne had fun playing dress up, she especially likes her spider woman mask.
