Introduction to spring, seeds & plants

Monday

On Monday we began to germinate seeds. Ella and Suzianne had fun placing seeds into little soil pods. We planted jalapeno, tomatoes, cilantro, and wild flowers. We also afternoon we read, the life cycle of a flower.

                  Avery loves yogurt, she especially likes to feed herself. What a big girl :o)

                                       Ella had fun making funny faces with Ms. Melissa.

 

 

Tuesday

Tuesday was wet and rainy, we spent the day inside. During inside play we had enjoyed having tea with popcorn and racing around the kitchen on the bean bag. We also watched a short film from a book we read called, Room on the Broom.

 

Wednesday

Wednesday the girls met there new Teacher Mrs. Marta :o) it went better than expected. During outside play Avery loved swinging and was the only one that did not mind Mrs. Marta pushing her swing. For art Suzianne and Ella began to paint their terracotta pots, preparing for when we plant our seedlings.

 

 

 Have a wonderful spring break. I will be in San Felipe celebrating my 31^st Birthday :o)
