Dinosaurs

This week was ridiculously hot! But we still had oodles of fun with ice and water play and also enjoyed our inside play time. Throughout the week we incorporated dinosaurs, in our songs, stories and daily activities.

Monday

Monday we introduced our little dinosaur friends. We had fun reading about dinosaur and also playing in water.

Tuesday

Tuesday we went digging for dinosaurs. They girls had a blast excavating for dinosaurs in ice blocks. They also worked on their Dino Art. In the afternoon we practiced the hokey pokey dance.

Wednesday

Wednesday we tried our best to stay cool. We have fun blowing up balloons and playing balloon toss.
We caught a spider. Ella was very interested and enjoyed singing to the spider.

A little ice cream to help keep me cool!

Thursday

Thursday we enjoyed our walk to the park. Although we missed sign language, our little ladies still had lots of fun on the swings and slide. In the afternoon we colored a welcome home poster for our friend Suzianne. We also enjoyed a few short videos by one of our favorite artists, Raffi.

Friday

Friday we welcomed home Suzianne and the Newman Family. We also had fun splashing in the water with our caterpillar sprayer.
